(TruthAndLiberty.com) – On Tuesday, Kellyanne Conway, the former White House counsel stated that it would be impossible for former President Donald Trump to get a fair trial and that he was the “victim” following his recent indictments.

During an interview on Fox News, Conway argued that there appeared to be a two-tiered justice system, one that applied to all Americans and one that specifically applied to Trump. She proceeded to question how it would be possible for Trump to get a fair trial in some of the country’s most liberal counties that had voted against him in the previous elections. This includes places like Washington, D.C., New York City, and most recently Georgia.

Trump is facing a total of four different indictments. The two federal cases against Trump will be trialed in Miami and Washington, while he is also facing two state cases one in New York and another in Georgia. The Georgia indictment which was released this week alleges that Trump along with his allies had attempted to overturn the 2020 election results in the state. A federal case released a few weeks earlier is also looking into Trump’s efforts to stay in power after losing the 2020 presidential election.

The Georgia indictment includes a total of 19 defendants, including Trump’s legal team John Eastman and Rudy Giuliani, as well as his former chief of staff Mark Meadows.

The New York case, which was Trump’s first indictment, relates to a hush money payment made on his behalf while the Miami case is dealing with his alleged mishandling of classified documents.
