(TruthAndLiberty.com) – Commander, President Biden’s dog, has now been removed from the White House following a number of biting incidents with U.S. Secret Service officers and administration staffers.

First Lady Jill Biden’s communications director Elizabeth Alexander noted in a statement to the Hill that the first couple deeply cared about ensuring that those working in the White House and those tasked with ensuring their security were safe. She added that they were grateful for the U.S. Secret Service having shown patience as they attempted to find solutions.

She proceeded to note that the 2-year-old German Shepherd had been removed by the White House while they were examining possible next steps. However, she did not state where Commander had been moved to.

Karine Jean-Pierre, the White House press secretary also had to address questions on Wednesday about the allegations that the president’s dog had bit a staffer. In response, she referred all questions relating to Commander to the office of the First Lady and the White House head groundskeeper Dale Haney, who had disclosed that no skin had been broken and that they had just been playing.

Late last month in a different incident it was confirmed that Commander had been involved in the 11th known biting incident after biting another Secret Service agent. At the time the Biden family had stated that they were looking to introduce further training and protocols, as well as a designated dog area that could be used for the dog to exercise and run.
