(TruthAndLiberty.com) – Republican Voters Against Trump released a new ad targeting many prominent Republican figures including former Attorney General Bill Barr and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) for backing former President Donald Trump despite previously stating that they were concerned about him.

On Sunday the group released an ad in which they warned that many of the Republican figures appeared to suffer from “partisan derangement syndrome.” In the ad, there is a lot of footage of Barr, McConnell, and New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu (R). A narrator starts talking in the video saying how every day there was a GOP member who would express how Trump was responsible for the Capitol attack, and yet it continued by noting that these are the same Republicans who are going to be voting against the former President.

The narrator continued before the audio of each of the three politicians expressing their support for Trump in the upcoming November general election. It continued by noting that these GOP members were suffering from “‘partisan derangement syndrome,” and that unfortunately these people were “too far gone” and there wasn’t something that could be done for them.

Less than two weeks before the release of the ad Barr had confirmed that he would be voting for the Republican ticket in the 2024 election. It is currently presumed that Trump is going to be the party’s nominee. This is despite the fact that previously Barr slammed Trump over his false claims about the 2020 presidential election.

Earlier this month Barr claimed that he would vote Republican because he feels obliged to vote for the ticket that he believed would be least harmful to the country.
