(TruthAndLiberty.com) – On Tuesday, Ken Block, who had been hired by the Trump campaign in 2020 to determine whether there was voter fraud in the presidential election, wrote in a USA Today op-ed that the 2020 presidential election had not been stolen and that there was no evidence of voter fraud that was so extensive that it could have changed the results of the presidential election.
In the op-ed, he started by questioning whether pushing lies and innuendos steadily could lead to the truth being overcome. He then proceeded to argue that in November 2020, former President Donald Trump had first pushed the idea that the 2020 presidential election results had been changed through voter fraud. Only a day after the election had ended, Trump’s campaign had called in a voter data expert who would help determine whether Trump’s allegations held any truth. This was all part of an attempt to keep Trump in the White House after the end of his first term in office.
As Block proceeds to state he was the expert who had been brought in by the Trump administration. Block, who is the owner of Simpaticos Software Systems stated that his company’s findings had specifically been shared with Mark Meadows, who at the time had been serving as the White House chief of staff. Apart from those findings, the Jan. 6 House select committee investigations had led to Block providing his deposition which clearly stated that there had not been any evidence of sufficient voter fraud which could have potentially resulted in the outcome of the presidential election being changed.
This most recent op-ed comes at a time when the former President has continued to push his claim about an illegitimate presidential election, while also trying to win support for his 2024 presidential election bid. In recent months, Trump has grown in popularity and there has been an overall increase in the number of adults in the United States who believe that President Biden is an illegitimately elected president.
