(TruthAndLiberty.com) – On Wednesday, during an interview with The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, former President Trump refused to commit that he would be accepting the results of the November election in Wisconsin.

Trump argued in the interview that if everything was honest then he would be happy accepting the results, and that if that was not the case they would need to be fighting for the country’s rights. He continued by noting that they anticipate that everything is going to be honest and pointed out that in the last few years there had been many changes. Still, he argued that he would accept the results if everything was “honest.”

The former President maintained that he had been the winner of the Wisconsin election in 2020, doubling down on his unfounded false claims of widespread voter fraud. In 2020 Trump had lost the state to President Joe Biden by 21,000 votes.

Trump, who is the presumptive GOP nominee for 2024, has repeatedly refused to commit that he would accept the election results. Following his loss in the 2020 election, Trump repeatedly argued that there was widespread voter fraud which affected the results of the election. However, all of the court cases he has brought forward on this have been dismissed.

On Jan. 6, 2021, in an attempt to block the certification of President Biden, Trump’s supporters ended up storming the U.S. Capitol. However, despite the violence that ensued surrounding the election results in 2020, Trump has not been willing to commit that he would accept the results of the 2024 election.
