(TruthAndLiberty.com) – On Tuesday, Judge Juan Merchan warned the former President that he would not allow any of the jurors in the hush money case to be intimidated. He also accused the presumptive Republican nominee of having made comments while one of the jurors was being questioned

The New York judge raised his voice as he said that he would not tolerate that and that he would not have any jurors that are being intimidated. Merchan specifically told Todd Blanche, who is Trump’s attorney to talk to his client. H added that Trump had been making comments and gestures while one of the jurors was being questioned.

Merchan pointed out that Trump was only around 12 feet away from the juror. During the questioning of the jurors, there were also social media posts as the lawyers have been looking to restrict some of the people from being on the jury because of their political position.

Lawyers have argued that the former President has also had an issue with one of the jurors because they had allegedly posted on social media a video showing a celebration of President Biden’s victory in the 2020 election. Merchan claimed that the woman had given a “reasonable explanation” for the videos and had stated that she could remain impartial in the trial. This is why he had decided that Trump’s team would not get their way by blocking the woman from being on the jury.

The New York criminal trial is related to the hush-money payment made to adult film star Stormy Daniels.
