(TruthAndLiberty.com) – On Tuesday night MSNBC and CNN both had to cut away from former President Donald Trump as he delivered his victory speech after the New Hampshire primary election.

CNN anchor Jake Tapper in his fact-checking comments pointed out that former Republican primary candidate Vivek Ramaswamy has acted as a “hype man” for the former President. He added that he has not seen anything like that since Bundi Brown, the famous trainer of Muhammad Ali. He then pointed out that during Trump’s speech, there were at least two or three things that they needed to fact-check.

CNN fact-checker Daniel Dale who was introduced during that section pointed out that the most obvious thing that they need to address is that Trump was not the winner of the 2020 presidential election. He added that Trump lost the election which has been repeatedly proven. He noted that this was the case even though the crowd that Trump was speaking to had believed him.

Similarly, CNN also cut away from Trump’s victory speech while he blasted former United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley who is the last remaining challenger he is facing in the Republican primary.

MSNBC has also been avoiding giving Trump any live coverage and instead will only show parts of the speech before cutting away to a fact-checker that will correct Trump’s remarks about the previous elections.

MSNBC host Rachel Maddow pointed out that this is a choice that they constantly revisit, but that on Tuesday night they expect to see Trump speaking in a short time. She added that they would go to those remarks in order to see how Trump would use his victory speech.
