(TruthAndLiberty.com) – On Tuesday, President Biden started off his three days of campaigning in Pennsylvania attacking former President Donald Trump for his economic record and second-term proposals.

During his remarks in Scranton, Pa., which had once been his hometown, Biden argued that Trump’s economic plan was going to be beneficial to big businesses and wealthy Americans. These comments were made in a working-class city of around 75,000 people while Trump was sitting in the courtroom for his hush money trial in New York City.

Biden proceeded to say that when he was looking at the economy he was doing so through the “eyes of Scranton” and not Mar-a-Lago.

Pennsylvania is a key battleground state and Biden is going to be spending the next three days trying to get support across the state. In the 2020 presidential election, Biden managed to win the state by around 80,000 votes. On Wednesday he is set to have another campaign even in Pittsburg, while on Thursday he is going to be in Philadelphia.

As Biden moves forward with his three-day campaign event, Trump is going to be in court for a trial over a hush money payment that he had allegedly made to adult film star Stormy Daniels ahead of the 2016 presidential election. This was the first day of the trial, marking officially the first time any U.S. president former or current, has been involved in a criminal trial. Trump is going to be in court for four days each week until the end of the trial.
