(TruthAndLiberty.com) – Former President Donald Trump’s daughter-in-law Lara Trump stated during an appearance on “Eric Bolling The Balance” that the mugshot of Trump taken during his booking at the Fulton County jail was an exhibit of how tough of a fighter he is.
As she pointed out a day after the mugshot was taken, Trump’s look was the “look of a fighter.” She added that Trump was fighting not only for himself but also for the country’s future. She proceeded to claim that at this point in time perhaps they needed to remove the “stars and stripes” of “Old Glory” and instead place a banana tree there as the things occurring in the country were “straight banana republic-type stuff.”
Lara Trump, wife of Eric Trump, argued that many Americans are starting to realize what her father-in-law already knows, which is that if the corruption on the left is allowed to continue then the country would be lost.
Only hours after the release of the former President’s mugshot, Trump’s campaign had created merchandise using the photo and adding the words “Never Surrender” underneath. On the Trump campaign website, there are posters, coffee mugs, shirts, and bumper stickers featuring the famous mug shot.
Lara Trump argued that even those who do not like the former president were aware that the mugshot is an exhibit of everything that is now “wrong” in the U.S. She added that they can see the wrongs being done to Trump in themselves and they feel that the system has wronged them in the same way it has wronged Trump.
