(TruthAndLiberty.com) – Former White House communications director under the Trump administration Anthony Scaramucci stated that the majority of Republicans were not expressing their disagreement with Donald Trump because they feared it could lead to them having death threats.
In an interview on MSNBC’s “Deadline: White House” Scaramucci told host Nicole Wallace that the reason why they were not opposing Trump was because they did not “like death threats.” This was in response to a question by Wallace about why people who had previously interacted with Trump were finding it hard to talk at all about the danger he posed.
Scaramucci continued by saying that while this was potentially the number one reason, with the generals it could also be because they did not want the military to interfere with politics out of respect for the Constitution.
Last week Scaramucci had jokingly stated that he and other former Trump administration officials were currently in a “Trump recovery unit.”
Last Friday during an appearance on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” Scaramucci had stated that just talking about his colleagues and friends, including retired Gen. Mark Milley and former Defense Secretary Mark Esper, they were all in a type of Trump recovery unit together. These remarks came as a response to a question from host Joe Scarborough on why Scaramucci believed that the possible reelection of former President Trump was so dangerous to the country.
This week during his discussion with Wallace he argued that Trump would be “more organized this team.” He then pointed out that one of the reasons the Capitol insurrection had failed was because he lacked organizational skills.
He added that Trump does not have the executive management skills that were necessary to properly run an institution but that now he has included in his campaign willing participants who were more organized than he was.
