(TruthAndLiberty.com) – President Biden’s disapproval ratings have reached an all-time high according to a new poll released on Sunday by NBC News.
The poll has shown that Biden’s disapproval rating has reached 56 percent while his approval rating has remained in the low forties at 41 percent. The survey also breaks down his approval rating in terms of key demographics.
With voters aged between 18-24, Biden appears to have lost some of his appeal as the approval rating has dropped to 46 percent. Forty-three percent of Latinos and 36 percent of independents also approve of Biden’s performance in the White House. These demographics can be crucial in determining who the winner of the 2024 presidential election will be.
The poll also found that the majority of respondents were concerned not only about Biden but also about former President Donald Trump, who is currently leading the 2024 Republican primary race. His 43-point lead in the primary has remained unaffected by his four indictments in the last year.
The survey specifically found that 59 percent of Republican primary voters would vote for Trump and only 16 percent for Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis who is in second place. There has also been an increase in the number of Republicans who want Trump to continue being the Republican Party leader, with 58 percent of primary voters supporting the former President. In June only 49 percent had held the same view. Since June Trump has been indicted three times, two of these have been in federal cases. He has also been indicted twice over his attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential election.
