(TruthAndLiberty.com) – On Saturday, First Lady Jill Biden argued in a campaign email sent to donors that she was unsure of what special counsel Robert Hur was attempting to do with his recent report where he had claimed that President Joe Biden did not remember when his son had died.

In the email, she points out that everyone should be given “grace” and that she could not imagine who would use the death of their son as a means of scoring political points. She continued by arguing that if anyone has experienced such a loss, then they know that the measurement is not in years, but instead, it is in grief.

The report by Robert Hur was meant to be addressing President Biden’s classified documents in the mishandling case, however, it also included a lot of comments about the President’s memory and age. Still, Hur ultimately determined that Biden did not need to be charged with any criminal activity for having possessed classified documents after he had left his role as Vice President.

Hur, who is a Republican and was appointed as a former U.S. attorney by former President Donald Trump, claimed in his report that Biden should not face any charges despite having willfully mishandled classified documents. In his argument about Biden not being charged, he claimed that it would be hard to convince a jury to judge him because of how “poor” and “hazy” his memory was. He proceeded to point out that during the interview, President Biden had even failed to recall when his son Beau had died.
