(TruthAndLiberty.com) – On Tuesday, during a Doral, Florida campaign rally, former President Donald Trump directed his attention to Vice President Kamala, Harris, as there has been an increased push within the Democratic party for President Joe Biden to drop out of the presidential race.
During his speech, Biden once again attacked Biden on his economic and immigration policies while also calling him incompetent. However, on Thursday he included the vice president in these attacks, which signals that his campaign is preparing for the possibility that Biden might step aside ahead of the upcoming election.
Trump told the crowd of his supporters that regardless of what they said about Biden, they needed to give him credit as it had been a brilliant decision on his end to have Kamala Harris as his vice president. As Biden pointed out this might be the “best insurance policy” he has seen.
Trump proceeded to attack the vice president arguing that if Biden had chosen someone for the post that was halfway competent, they would have run him out of office, but as he did not Harris is now their second choice.
Trump slammed Harris over her handling of migration along the southern border, this was a key issue assigned to her in the early days of the Biden administration. While originally Harris had struggled with the task she has thus far managed to secure private investments that will directly address the root cause of the issue.
Following the June 27 presidential debate, there has been an increasing number of Democrats who have been calling for Biden to drop out of the race, as during the debate the President appeared to struggle with forming concrete sentences and arguments.
