Former President Donald Trump is celebrating “ALL WINS” from his favorites during the primary race. In a statement issued on Tuesday evening, the former President sarcastically noted his endorsement of the Democratic candidates.
Trump, who had previously endorsed several candidates for the 2022 midterm season, took to Truth Social to speak about the wins.
He also said that they were great candidates. He continued on to say that he had endorsed all 26, which would bring his endorsement rate to 98.4% over the past 4 years.
Trump had only jokingly even endorsed Democratic candidates, like Dan Goldman.
Goldman went on to win his primary on Tuesday night. At the time Trump posted on Truth Social about how great it was to have provided his endorsement for Goldman.
In the statement on Truth Social, Trump also took a jab at Goldman for heading the Impeachment committee and losing.
Trump-backed Florida Republican congressman Matt Gaetz who was actually endorsed by Trump also defeated former FedEx executive Mark Lombardo during the primary. This victory came through even though Gaetz, is currently under investigation for his involvement in the sex of a minor. He has repeatedly denied these allegations. Trump has called Gaetz an incredible fighter for the people of Florida.
Oklahoma representative Markwayne Mullin also defeated banking executive T.W. Shannon during the primary for the U.S. Senate seat. Other Trump-endorsed winners include Kat Cammack, John Rutherford, Marco Rubio, Gus Bilirakis, Neal Dunn, and Anna Paulina Luna.
