(TruthandLiberty.com) – On Thursday, July 29, the far-left members of Congress known as the “Squad” struck again. Led by Democratic socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), the group denounced a bipartisan group of senators working to agree on a traditional infrastructure package. The vindictive attack came after moderate Democratic Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) announced she would not vote for the left’s proposed $3.5 trillion partisan “human” infrastructure bill.
So, what did the Squad say? To start, AOC accused the bipartisan group of not being diverse and purposely excluding people of color. Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO) tweeted that the group looked like an audience at a Kid Rock concert with the hashtag #NegotiationsSoWhite. So, is it fair criticism?

There are three black Senators currently serving: Sens. Raphael Warnock (D-GA), Corey Booker (D-NY) and Tim Scott (R-SC). The two Democrats are hyper partisans pushing for the far-left agenda. Does anyone believe that the criticism would change if the conservative Republican were on the bipartisan committee?
There is much diversity among the bipartisan group. Men and women from both parties represent every angle of the political spectrum. Let’s just call it what it is. The racist charge is a temper tantrum by the Squad, which isn’t going to get what it wants.
