(TruthAndLiberty.com) – Over the past few days, a photo of former President Donald Trump dancing with a young-looking girl has been circulating on Twitter and TikTok. However, with the recent rise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) generated images and misinformation through tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney many have started to question whether the images are true or generated by AI.
Newsweek Misinformation Watch looked into the evidence and the photo was widely found to be generated by AI. The photo showing Trump dancing with the young girl has been featured in a number of tweets, most of which only received low levels of engagement. In total the posts with the photo accumulated more than 100,000 views. Some of the tweets were also in foreign languages which made it harder to determine the validity of the post. The photo also made its way to TikTok where it received many more comments.
Some of the posts mistakenly claimed that the image was connected to the woman in California who had brought assault allegations against Trump forth. That woman had claimed that she had been raped by Trump in a New York party in 1994. Trump stated that these claims were untrue.
Another tweet referencing the case questioned whether the girl in the picture was the one in the case by asking whether it was “this 13yro.” That post has received close to 40,000 views.
Other views claim that the photo depicts Trump dancing with a 13-year-old girl at Epstein’s private island and that Trump himself was in his 50s when the photo was taken. However, the video was shown to not be real after closer examination.
