Republican Attorney Generals Fire Back at Biden's Mandates

( – Once again, Republican state attorneys general are on the front line combating the overreach of the Biden administration. On Thursday, September 9, President Joe Biden announced that he’s authorizing OSHA to implement a plan that would force companies with 100 employees to mandate COVID-19 vaccinations for their workers or face weekly testing. Several GOP AG’s say enough is enough, and they are standing up to Biden’s mandates.

Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt said America must fight against the massive overreach. Schmitt argued that Biden’s order is unlawful and the president doesn’t have the authority to force millions of Americans to get inoculated against COVID-19.

Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt said the vaccination mandate is discriminatory against employees based on one’s health. Schmidt added that he supports vaccinations. However, mandating them is a decision best left to the individual and not the federal government.

Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita compared Biden to dictators in a banana republic. He added that federal politicians aren’t allowed to destroy freedoms or the economy in Indiana.

Each AG says they’re evaluating all their legal options. As soon as the Biden administration announces a vaccination mandate is in effect, they say they will fight against it in federal court.
