Glenn Kirschner, a legal analyst for NBC and MSNBC and frequent critic of the former president, has noted that the recent post by former President Donald Trump on his Truth Social platform has shown that Trump would potentially support another insurrection as he has called for the Constitution to be terminated. This is in line with his persistent but unfounded allegations that the 2020 elections had been stolen.
Specifically following the release of the “Twitter Papers” Trump took to Truth Social to say that this is further proof that there was “Massive fraud” against him in the 2020 presidential elections and that the magnitude of this fraud “allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution.”
Kirschner tweeted in response to that statement that with Trump calling for the termination of the Constitution he has “indisputably & beyond a reasonable doubt—proved his criminal intent.”
During a recent YouTube video, Kirschner also said that Trump has “pretty much sealed the deal” and proved his criminal intent to those prosecutors who are responsible for looking at the attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential election or the events that led to the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol Insurrection.
Kirschner also argued that calling for the termination of the Constitution is part of Trump’s plan to inspire another “insurrection, part two.”
