Kate Moss Denies Amber Heard's Allegations That Johnny Pusher Her Down Stairs

Amber Heard’s Testimony Blown To Smithereens

(TruthandLiberty.com) – On Wednesday, May 25, the ongoing drama in Johnny Depp’s $50 million defamation lawsuit against his ex-wife, actress Amber Heard picked up steam ahead of potential jury deliberations. Depp is suing Heard for defamatory comments in a 2018 op-ed she wrote for the Washington Post. From 1994 to 1998, Depp and supermodel Kate Moss carried on a romantic relationship. During the trial, Heard alleged in May 5 testimony that Depp pushed Moss down a set of stairs during a heated argument.

Depp’s attorney called Moss as a rebuttal witness to Heard’s allegation. During a videoconference before the court, the British supermodel categorically denied that Depp ever pushed, kicked, or threw her down any stairs. She testified that Johnny had left their hotel room ahead of her, and there was a rainstorm.

Moss said she slipped, fell down the stairs, and hurt her back. When she screamed because of the pain, Moss said Depp came back, carried her up to the room, and helped her secure medical attention. Even after their breakup, Moss has been very supportive of Depp. After only a few moments of testimony, Heard’s attorneys declined to cross-examine Moss.

Closing arguments began on Friday, May 27, after six weeks of ongoing drama and testimony. The jury could close the case as early as Friday afternoon.
