(TruthAndLiberty.com) – On Wednesday, YouGov released a poll that showed that 45% of adults in the U.S. believe that President Biden’s age and health considerable limit the extent to which he can perform his job. This poll comes after President Biden announced that he would be seeking a second term in office.

According to the poll, only 11 percent do not believe his health and age have any effect on his job performance, while 34 percent stated that it has “little effect.” The remaining 10 percent stated that they were unsure about what effect it had.

The answers also varied based on the political affiliations of the respondents. 77% of Republicans believe that Biden’s age and health “severely” limits how well he can perform his presidential duties, while 13% of Dems believe the same. 48% of independents also find that their age and health hinder their ability to perform their duties.

Biden is the oldest president to ever sit in the Oval Office. This has caused a lot of concerns about the effects that his age might have on his abilities. Most recently, these concerns were exaggerated after he fell during the Air Force Academy graduation ceremony. This caused many to question whether Biden is truly capable of serving as President for another four years.

The poll did not only look at President Biden and how health and age affect him but also examined the effect on a number of Senators. Fifty percent of adults stated that they believed Senator Dianne Feinstein’s (D-California) age severely limits her ability to perform her duties. Feinstein, 89, just returned to Congress after taking a prolonged leave in order to deal with some health issues.
