RED ALERT- National Emergency Warning Issued!
(TruthandLiberty.com) – Senator John Barrasso (R-WY), ranking member of the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, issued a dire warning about possible blackouts nationwide. During an interview with Fox News Business host Maria Bartiromo on “Sunday Morning Futures,” Barrasso also made clear he believes President Joe Biden is directly responsible.
According to the senator, The United States has everything it needs right here at home, just beneath the surface. He didn’t attempt to hide or sugarcoat his strong belief the Biden administration’s climate change policies are strangling the energy sector. “We have it in the ground,” said Barrasso, “he won’t let us get it out.”
Republicans have long insisted that crackdowns on the oil and energy industries, in general, are the root causes of increases in prices across the board. In the interview, Barrasso specifically called Biden out for missing the point again and used the baby formula shortage as another example of how the man responsible for leading a nation apparently failed completely.
The senator warned the American people would likely see more price increases and rolling blackouts nationwide as the power grid struggles to keep up with the Green New Deal.
What can you do to prepare for possible outages? With hot summer weather ahead, some people might want to stock up on a generator and fuel, at least five spare gallons of water per person or animal, and enough shelf-stable food to last your family at least a few days.
