In an interview on “Sunday Night America” South Carolina Rep. Nancy Mace, R., joined Fox News host Trey Gowdy to talk about the probe into Hunter Biden and President Biden. During the interview Mace alleged that the FBI and Department of Justice had not been doing their job as they should be and they have not been willing to act. She added that for that reason Congress members were going to do their job in their place.

As she noted during the interview there is a scheduled press conference on Wednesday morning at 9 a.m. in which Congress members are going to make important revelations about the suspicious activity reports and bank records of the Biden family. She added that this is particularly important because for years the left had claimed that no one was above the law.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., said in an interview with “Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo” that the Department of Justice needed to wait for the press conference to be completed before they announce any indictments. This is following reports that the Department of Justice is closer to reaching a decision on whether or not to indict following a years-long probe.

Both Mace’s and Comer’s claims come after a whistleblower recently alleged that the FBI and the Justice Department had in their hands documents that revealed a scheme between a foreign national and Joe Biden from Biden’s time serving as the vice president during the Obama administration.
