Twitter CEO Elon Musk has criticized former President Trump over his recent posts on Truth Social in which he called for the Constitution to be terminated. This call is due to what Trump views as evidence that there was widespread fraud in the 2020 presidential election.

Musk took to Twitter to post that “The Constitution is greater than any President. End of story.” He then pinned the tweet on his profile page.

The post made by Trump in which he claimed that the widespread fraud should lead to “termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution,” in order for the rightful winner of the 2020 election to be declared, has led to many on both parties to condemn Trump.

The White House, Democrats, and some GOP members have been vocal about the importance of the Constitution.

Trump’s Truth Social post came only a day after Musk posted his “Twitter Files” in which he published a number of emails in which company employees were discussing ways in which they could respond to the New York Post’s October 2020 story about the files found in Hunter Biden’s laptop.

Musk has been criticizing the company’s decision to limit the story and stop it from reaching a number of people. The emails show that many employees of the company were disagreeing about the position that the company should take.

At the time there were many who were also concerned about the authenticity of the laptop’s content and the validity of the case.
