(TruthAndLiberty.com) – On Tuesday, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’s presidential campaign launched a new “Trump accident tracker” which is going to be measuring all of the controversial statements made by former President Donald Trump, as well as all of his mistakes. The tracker was launched at a time when the primary rivalry between the two candidates escalated.

DeSantis’s campaign spokesperson Andrew Romeo argued in a statement that the tracker was going to serve as a highlighter of the way in which Trump was harming his own campaign. It would also serve as a reminder for the American people of how Trump would be a liability in the White House. He added that the tracker was going to keep a daily record of how many days Trump could go without causing any accidents on the job.

The tracker was launched only a day after Trump’s rally in New Hampshire. During his speech to supporters the former President confused Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán with the Turkish President, and even referred to him as the “leader of Tuesday.”

This is not the only comment made by Trump included in the accident tracker. Most notably they have included Trump’s recent comment about Hezbollah, a terrorist group, being “very smart” as well as Trump’s recent attack on Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds (R).

Steven Cheung, the spokesperson for the Trump campaign responded to questions about the tracker by stating that it was a “weak, bitch move by a dying campaign.” He added that the DeSantis campaign had never had an original idea.
