(TruthAndLiberty.com) – In June, the Clintons are going to be headlining one of President Joe Biden’s campaigns.
The June 18 event will take place in the home of former Gov. Terry McAuliffe in Virginia. McAuliffe had previously been the presidential campaign chair for both former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
Jill Biden, the first lady will also be in attendance during the two-tiered event which is going to include a reception and dinner.
In March, a New York City fundraiser that included Biden, Bill Clinton, and former President Barack Obama allowed the president’s campaign to raise $25 million.
Last week in a report by Deadline it was noted that Biden and Obama would also be at a Los Angeles fundraiser on June 15. The fundraiser is going to be moderated by late-night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel, while many famous actors including Julia Roberts and George Clooney are expected to be in attendance.
Despite the news about all of the Democratic fundraisers coming up, in April the Trump campaign managed for the first time to outraise President Biden, as both men are trying to win the White House in 2024. Trump’s campaign had specifically managed to raise $76 million, along with other affiliated committees, while the DNC and President Biden had only managed to raise $51 million. Despite this, the Biden campaign continues to have more cash on hand as they have $192 million available, which is a record for this point in the race for a Democrat presidential candidate.
