(TruthAndLiberty.com) – House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) has stated that he believes the House’s Republican-led investigation into the Biden family and their foreign business affairs is likely going to turn into an impeachment inquiry against President Biden.
McCarthy in a recent interview with Sean Hannity on Monday night pointed out that Biden had previously claimed that he had never spoken with his son about his business activities. He has also alleged that his family had never received any money from China, which McCarthy claims House Republicans have proven to be untrue.
The House Speaker also pointed out that two IRS whistleblowers had come forward claiming that prosecutors had slow-walked the probe into the tax crimes committed by Hunter Biden. At the same time, the House GOP has found through their probe that millions of dollars from abroad had made their way to Biden family members and their business associates through different shell companies. McCarthy argued that so far they have only followed the evidence in order to see where things were taking them, but currently, it appears that due to the level of this, it is likely that Congress will come to power altogether before deciding.
McCarthy then pushed that President Biden has been weaponizing the government in a way that has not been seen since Richard Nixon all so he could benefit his family.
The White House responded to McCarthy’s remarks by pointing out that the House Republicans were not spending their time on any of the real issues that people were facing, but instead, they were consumed with the idea of finding information against the President.
